"Colours of the wind" at Newby Hall and Gardens

The Gardens at Newby Hall near Ripon

are amongst my absolute favourites, and so I am very excited to be exhibiting there this year, together with Peter Leeming, in the Grantham Room, next to the restaurant. "Colours of the wind" features a wide range of work, from landscapes (North Yorkshire, the English Lake District and the Hebrides) to flower studies and abstract images.

Newby Hall is one of Britain's finest Adam houses, set in 25 acres of award winning gardens, and the 2014 season starts on Tuesday 1st April, open daily except Mondays, through to 28th September. Please do come and see our exhibition and enjoy a wonderful day out in a really beautiful setting.

... can you paint with all the colours of the wind..."    Stephen Schwartz
